Yamina Bibi – Assistant Headteacher

Yamina is an experienced Assistant Headteacher and Resilient Leaders Elements Consultant based in East London.

Yamina has a wealth of knowledge and experience including previously leading the 2020 TES English Team of the Year, leading trainee and Early Career Teachers and Staff Development focusing on Teaching, Learning and Assessment. As an experienced coach, Yamina supports staff coaching and has embedded whole school coaching programmes across a number of schools and a MAT.

Yamina is passionate about sharing research and practice and speaks on a number of topics including teaching English, Women in Leadership and Diversity and Inclusion.

Yamina advocates for women in leadership positions and does so as a Network Lead for #WomenEd London. 

In July 2021, Yamina was nominated for and won the Rising Star Award in Education and Academia.
