Manju Patel-Nair – EdActivist, Hopeful Disruptor and Consultant

Manju is a trainer & consultant who supports schools and HEI across across various fields encompassing racial justice, community cohesion, equitable school linking, gender equality, global citizenship and development education. 

She is committed to creating safe and courageous learning environments, within and beyond formal education spaces. This includes bringing diverse groups of people into shared spaces particularly around controversial issues, to engage hearts and minds and create change across diverse learning spaces, with multiple stakeholders. 

Manju has been working in the education sector for over 20 years in the UK, Europe, Africa and India and has worked with the British Council and FCDO on their school linking programmes. She has extensive experience of delivering cross curricular projects with a primary focus on equitable partnership models & social justice.
