Kevin J Brazant – Cultural Systems Designer and Senior Educational Developer

I am a Cultural Systems Designer and Encounters Artist working at the intersection of education, culture, and justice. My work explores how institutions create and control voice, legitimacy, and belonging, and how these systems can be redesigned to centre marginalised knowledge without tokenism. Drawing on cross-institutional projects, co-creation initiatives, and sector-facing collaborations, I design encounters where learning, power, and culture are made visible and contestable.

Through my studio, Lounge Akademics, I deliver keynotes, licensed learning formats, and advisory work that help organisations rethink participation, storytelling, and institutional change in practice.
