Dr. Russell worked in education for over 25 years as a Teacher, Head of English, Lead Practitioner and Ofsted trainee. He has worked in UK and international settings: Brunei, Malaysia, France and The Cayman Islands. He holds an MA in Leadership, MSc in Research and a Doctorate in Leadership.
