Danielle Lewis-Egonu is a MAT CEO, systems leader, writer, educator and founder of SenseCheck Studio. Her work explores how we design human systems schools, organisations, communities and institutions that protect dignity, build belonging, expand agency and leave something good behind. Through her thinking on Cultural and Social Agency, Belonging as Infrastructure and the Stewardship Spine, Danielle helps leaders ask better questions in moments of complexity, change and pressure. Her work is grounded in a simple but demanding belief: children are people now, belonging is infrastructure, and the future will judge the systems we build today.
