Ali Garcia – Senior Consultant
Ali Garcia is an international education consultant, speaker, and trainer who lives between the UK and Spain, supporting schools, universities, and educational organisations across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
As a child labelled with Autism, Dyslexia, ADHD, and Epilepsy, Ali was often defined by what others believed he could not achieve. Those experiences became his greatest strengths, shaping a lifelong passion for inclusion, diversity, well-being, and helping others unlock their potential. Alongside his work in education, Ali is also a qualified fitness instructor and advocates for a holistic approach to personal growth, leadership, and well-being.
For almost two decades, Ali has served as a teacher, coordinator, principal, director, and educational consultant. His work has included supporting the development of international schools, academies, and educational organisations, as well as helping establish non-profit schools that provide educational opportunities for vulnerable and out-of-school children and young adults.
Ali has presented at educational conferences around the world and continues to work globally with educational leaders, boards, governments, and learning communities on leadership development, school improvement, strategic planning, and the implementation of international educational programmes, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP, MYP, DP, and CP. He serves in a variety of support roles with the IB, including senior consultant, workshop leader, evaluator, lead educator, and trainer. He has also contributed to professional learning resources and supports the development of educators and independent consultants worldwide.
