Richard O’Neill MBE – Author and Organisational Storyteller

Richard O’Neill is a Romani storyteller, international award-winning author, and literacy consultant and visiting professor who delivers inspiring storytelling, organisational storytelling, and storytelling skills training across schools, charities, and organisations. Raised in a traditional nomadic Romani family and overcoming a fragmented early education, Richard now works nationally and internationally to champion literacy, communication, and cultural identity. His work spans assemblies, classroom programmes, professional development for staff, and organisational storytelling consultancy, helping teams use story to engage audiences, strengthen culture, and empower individuals to find their voice.
