Senior Programme Lead, Social Development and Safeguarding, Multi-Agency Community Migration

I provide specialist advice, support, and deliver training and workshops to professionals across a range of organisations. My work focuses on safeguarding and social development, including forced marriage, honour-based abuse, domestic abuse, and mental health within Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, as well as tackling Islamophobia and hate crime. I also support and promote effective multi-agency working and encourage culturally informed practice. In addition, I advocate for the use and value of the Welsh language within professional settings.
