Sandra Harrison is a qualified and experienced SEND leader since 1996 with vast teaching and senior Leadership Team experience and Headship of specials schools since 2012. During that time, she has led on diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, behaviour and managed multi-disciplinary staff teams. Sandra has a wealth of strategic experience in Special Educational Needs Disability (SEND) and Autism. She works closely with parents, carers, families, professionals, and business to support them with individuals with autism. One of Sandra’s main skills is in developing an effective staff team with her strong willed, resilient approach, Sandra can energise and empower staff. Sandra has successfully supported schools to improve Teaching and Learning, Behaviour, and Inclusion. She coaches teachers aspiring to become leaders and support teachers new to the teaching professional.
