Nidal Al Haj Sleiman – Educational leadership and Social Justice Researcher

Nidal is a researcher in educational leadership, policy, and social justice. His work focuses on leadership development and organisational equity, informed by social and cultural justice as well as decolonial perspectives.

Drawing on 15 years of headship across international, independent, and public schools in different countries, Nidal is committed to connecting research with practice. His research interests include student-centred leadership, responsive and dialogic pedagogies, and critical approaches to adult learning for leaders and teachers.
