Nazya Ghalib – Inclusion and SEND Specialist, Consultant and Coach

Nazya has worked with a range of SEND schools including consulting for school improvement over the years. She has a wealth of experience as a senior leader and has undertaken significant work around the strategic development, design and setting up of schools, and has successfully done so for young people at risk of NEET. She is a knowledgeable NPQ facilitator and delivers workshops on behalf of BAMEed Network as a mentor and coach. Nazya walks the talk of ethical leadership and has a real passion for empowering practitioners and doing this innovatively.
