Carol Shepherd – Former Headteacher

Carol Shepherd is a former Headteacher and Leadership and Education Consultant. She works with leaders in education, governors and parents to help them get the best for the children in their care. She empowers them to be effective leaders in helping young people make positive choices; supporting leaders to be better at dealing with issues young people are facing.
