Krupa has vast experience in a variety of educational settings. She trained as a mainstream teacher, followed by leadership posts including Assistant Headship, Headship and Director posts within SEN/D settings including a Governance role. Krupa also works within a remit for a Local Authority overseeing the Behaviour and Inclusion services.

As coach and mentor Krupa has an interest in emotional intelligence and intrinsic motivation and offers a variety of tools when coaching. Her relatable and approachable manner has led her to speak at various conferences, host a radio show twice a month and offer training/ coaching as part of the BAMEed network.
