After becoming a qualified Coach in 2022, Jeffrey used his passion for improving the lives of others to start his own Coaching Business called Gr8ness Coaching. Gr8ness Coaching is a Training & Development organisation which helps Students, Entrepreneurs and Early Career Professionals unlock their unlimited potential. Jeffrey has been going into Schools across the UK to facilitate workshops & coach secondary/sixth form students on their academic, entrepreneurial and Career Development journey. With his compassionate nature, understanding demeanour, and exceptional listening skills, Jeffrey creates a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can freely discuss complex and uncomfortable topics without fear of judgment.
