A qualified Physics and Dance Teacher who is a champion of Diversity and Inclusion in areas of minimal diversity including Independent schools and within Physics education. Jayson has worked with students from a range of backgrounds and is passionate about talking about Diversity and Inclusion alongside academic studies. He is particularly interested in supporting and talking to students about issues of race, post-colonialism, masculinity, EAL or coming from a low socio-economic backgrounds. Outside of school, he has worked for the Generating Genius project, which supports disadvantage students pursue top STEM careers, and has worked as a pastoral mentor in youth centres. Jayson also has a bold social media presence with a unique combination of Physics, Dance and Diversity.
