Jacob Seminole Henry is an experienced youth practitioner, trainer and consultant – Fully Dedicated. He also sits as a panel member for the independent oversight advisory board for the Welsh criminal justice system anti-racism action plan and he is co-founder of Vibe Youth CIC, a social enterprise based in Swansea that supports the social, emotional and personal development of children and young people. 

Jacob is a qualified youth support worker, certified coach, certified Neuro linguistic practitioner, and holds qualifications in counselling concepts. 

“My experiences in life have given me the opportunity to educate individuals about the realities and impacts of racism, leading to greater awareness and understanding. Hearing about my personal experiences, I hope it can challenge stereotypes and prejudices, as well as promote a more accurate and nuanced understanding of different racial and ethnic groups.”
