Shaddai Tembo is an early years speaker and writer. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of the West of Scotland, lecturer (mat cover) at Perth College UHI, trustee for Early Education, writer at Critical Early Years, former director of the Bristol Men in Early Years Network, steering group member for the GenderEYE and MITEY campaigns, and co-convenes the Scottish Educational Research Association (SERA) Early Years Network. Shaddai is available for speaking engagements and workshops on gender and LGBT+ equalities, heteronormativity, race and racism, the diversity of the EY profession, his own experience as a Black male practitioner, and topics on request.
