Emmanuel Awoyelu is a SENCO, Assistant Head Teacher of inclusion,safeguarding lead ,behavior and subject lead for PSHE in a 3-19 Mainstream school. He previously taught in a specialist school for children with SEMH for 5 years before returning to mainstream education. Emmanuel is also the director of a charity programme called the Reach Out Project – A mentoring programme for boys who have been disengaged from education. 

Emmanuel is a frequent speaker, trainer and writer on educational topics particularly around the topics of inclusive practice, pastoral care and behaviour.
