Domini Choudhury – Education Systems Leader and Inclusion Specialist

Domini Choudhury is a highly experienced systems leader in education, with over 20 years of senior leadership across schools and academy trusts. She supports school and local authority leaders with strategic improvement, inclusive culture and sustainable impact. Domini brings award-winning national expertise in equity, diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on the mixed-heritage experience, the South Asian experience and the intersectionality of SEND and anti-racism. She has contributed to NASEN guidance and led reviews of SEND provision across multiple settings. Her work consistently supports strong outcomes for learners and effective leadership practice. She is a public speaker and conference facilitator of EDI at a national level, and contributes to local and national government policy development, steering groups and roundtable discussions on equity and inclusion.
