As an Ed doctor of Education researcher, I am much involved in the areas related to BAME educated figure involvement within the school governing bodies across UK. My passion as a second time school governor, Merseyside Police Commissioner Office Custody Suite Visitor , teacher, I have been focused on the value of taking voluntary jobs seriously within the BAME educated community. I am open to sharing my experiences as a BAME member in the UK. These experiences are a blend of hope , enthusiasm along with disappointment and anxiety; a feeling of belonging and an enthusiasm for further inclusion and involvement.
